I am a registered member of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. I’m also a certified Life Coach and have over 15 years experience working with various client groups with an emphasis on women and adolescents.

My passion is to help people get their lives in balance so they can reach their full potential as unique individuals. I will work with you to help you clarify and achieve your goals, overcome obstacles, meet new challenges and define where you're going in life.

Heidi uses creative approaches in her work with women, children and families. She uses art and play therapy to help children express and process their emotions. Heidi also works with women needing a warm and supportive place to process a variety of life issues.
