I am deeply committed to helping people foster healthy relationships, both with themselves and with their loved ones. I also am someone whose personal faith shapes and drives my vocation as a Psychotherapist and Couples Therapist. To me, the greatest part of being a Christian is being Christ-like, meaning, looking at each and every individual as a worthwhile human being, created for a purpose. When people stop believing in themselves, I like to help them get back on track and feel good about themselves. I’ve successfully worked with disadvantaged kids, the elderly, troubled teens, ashamed individuals, and couples feeling hopeless. I see my clients through the Lord’s eyes, as precious and valuable, and I do my best to help them look at themselves that way. I strongly believe in divine forgiveness and lack of judgment, which allows people in the darkest places to forgive themselves and have hope for a better future.

Being both a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist and an Ordained Minister of 12 years, I respectfully integrate both psychological and Christian elements in my counselling. You will gain a sense of balance between Biblical and psychological perspectives as you work through your tough situations. You will become more Christlike in your struggle and decision making process.

Combining the effort you put forth in counselling with your faith is one of the best ways to see benefits in your life, not just for the results you will feel for your own mental health, but also for your relationship with God. I help clients heal from spiritual injury, alienation, or disconnection from the Sacred, restoring right relationship with self, others, and the divine through a process grounded in agape and transformation.
