A number of our therapists have spent time studying the integration of Christian faith and professional counselling. When Christians are going through a difficult time they are usually looking for a counsellor that shares their world view. Working through their concerns with the integration of their faith can help them bring their whole self to the process. We also understand that sometimes people have been hurt in Christian communities and are sensitive to these dynamics.

I provide psychotherapy, counselling, and mental health services that are grounded in my academic and experiential training. However, the foundation of my work is grounded in my faith. I firmly believe in a grand power/God that helps human beings to work for the healthy betterment of theirselves and of others. The main source of energy that drives us towards this betterment is love, compassion, and understanding. In faith based counselling and psychotherapy, I will help you to explore your own faith and spirituality and use these in supporting the resolution of resentful feelings, trauma, and other harmful experiences.
