I am a Christian that counsels, utilizing prayer in my practice and personal life and using biblical information and knowledge to form our direction in the counselling room can be helpful in navigating life's difficulties on earth. I offer a client centered approach so our sessions are tailored to your individual needs, utilizing a variety of modalities including pastoral counselling, CBT, DBT, psychoanalytic, play therapy and the list goes on. As a Christian, I greatly appreciate how faith and spirituality play a role in our daily lives.
