Entering the world of work or higher education, changing careers, or being uncertain of the direction you want to take in the world of work are things that can be addressed with counselling. However, there are many variables that can lead to career dissatisfaction. It can be the environment, interpersonal relationships, the skills and talents required for the job, and ultimately the person’s view of the job.
