I will assist you in effectively managing your life transitions through life, learning, and work changes. This process will help you to know and understand yourself, increasing your self-awareness, self-exploration, and understanding of the world of work in order to make career, educational, and life decisions.

Career Counselling is a process that may involve several sessions designed to accomplish the following: 1. Improved Self-awareness – by exploring your interests, values, skills and strengths, and personality, as they relate to career possibly through the use of targeted assessments. 2. Career research – is designed to help narrow down options. I will provide you with useful resources and have you complete information interviews with individuals doing the work. 3. Decision making and planning – Finalizing a decision and building out a transition plan (if required).
