So many people are locked into jobs that leach motivation out of them rather than empowering continued growth and capitalizing on a healthy level of engagement. In my work with careers, I often ask tough questions and expect serious consideration of all the alternatives available to you. We'll work to establish outcomes and put our heads together to map out a plan for you that will make the most of your transferable skills and career objectives. In a sense, my approach is a career focused form of life coaching that aims to keep you moving forward while you work to recognize what you really want for yourself and exactly how you are going to make that happen in the real world.

I am passioante about supporting individuals in exploring their experience of burnout from hustle culture and managing the invisible mental load. I also help folks unpack and explore the impact that systems of oppression (patriarchy and capitalism) have had on one's identity, lived experiences and internalised messages of not enough. Together lets work to dismantle these systems of oppression.

According to one study, about 75% of the population feels stuck in a job that they find unsatisfying. It does not have to be that way! It is possible to pursue a vocation that maps on to your values, passion, natural abilities and environment. There can be a lot of pressure to figure out one’s career or to decide where one fits within a particular field. Oftentimes this is a winding road rather than a straight route. I will also work with you to process possible obstacles along the way such as (and certainly not limited to) challenging work dynamics, stress and burnout, and difficulties finding a work/life balance.
