Marriage counseling in my practice is geared toward helping couples find what core strengths they have either as individuals or as a couple and using those strengths to help them to find new ways of connecting in areas of struggle. All marriages can be improved!

I help couples identify how they interact with each other and to understand their own patterns of behavior. The Gestalt Field System I follow focuses on the two people as a unit as neither person is individually responsible for the couple's problems.

Rooted in attachment, neurobiology, and client-centered work, I use experiential methods to help those who feel disconnected from others and themselves find the link playfully back to being in relationship. I serve children, adolescents, and adult individuals.

One of my areas of special interest and experience include working with individuals who struggle with healthy communication skills and who want to build stronger relationships.
