Grief is our whole body's response to loss. Our body responds emotionally, spiritually, and mentally to all our losses. Dealing with grief is a "required course" in our lives. If we do not deal directly and meaningfully with our grief, then our lives are going to be diminished significantly. It is not true that "time heals all wounds".
