The client will learn several cognitive and behavioral techniques to help them manage their fear and and anxiety in session and is encouraged to practice these skills at home. The goal is for him/her to return to “normal” daily functioning as before the traumatic event.

While most treatment approaches for anxiety and stress are effective on the surface, they don’t treat the real problem.
