I work with persons presenting with anxiety and stress issues utilizing individual psychotherapy, hypnotherapy and EMDR. I have had good response from persons with anxiety and stress utilizing hypnotherapy. Another therapy which can be used is Systematic Desensitization as for person having problems driving, getting medical procedures and other difficult problems. Persons who have anxiety about taking exams and tests benefit from hypnotherapy. Some insomnia problems also respond well to hypnotherapy.
