We also use evidence-based interventions, such as mindfulness and relaxation, cognitive and behavioral strategies to foster long-lasting, meaningful change.

My orientation is eclectic; I apply the therapeutic strategies most appropriate for my clients' issues. These would include psychodynamic as well as cognitive behavioral (CBT) approaches. Treatment of couples issues also includes techniques associated with the Gottman Method and Susan Johnson's Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples. Treatment of OCD includes ERT and ACT. Treatment of children includes play therapy and parent training.
