Hi, my name is Lesley. I know that life can sometimes be challenging. You may feel you've gotten "off track" or that no one "gets" you. I provide a comfortable space to talk about your concerns, and will work with you to help you feel better and get back "on track."

The breadth of my work includes health and fitness, career and jobs, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, separation and divorce, relationships of all kinds - parent-child, heterosexual, gay, lesbian and bisexual. My therapeutic approach is eclectic and results oriented
