Grief can feel overwhelming, like we are drowning under its weight. Maybe you feel unable to process your feelings because you need to be strong for those around you. Counselling gives you a place to express all the complicated parts of grief like sadness, anger, and fear, and to care for yourself in a compassionate space that is free from judgment.
