I utilize a cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) approach that will help you identify your stressors, including internal thoughts, beliefs, and feelings that are keeping you stuck in the depression rut.

She has seen lives transformed through care, compassion, commitment and courage. Although therapeutic approaches may vary based on client needs, Liz believes that collaborating with clients to author and direct their recovery provides the most reliable and sustainable way forward.
