I work with clients to explore the nature of their stress and anxiety and help them develop strategies to effectively deal with stress and anxiety and to move forward towards better personal wellness.

Anxiety can either be chronic/long standing or situational/short term. As anxiety is often developed through associated experiences, it is often necessary to redefine anxiety and change our perceptions of anxiety. Treating anxiety often involves changing perceptions of fear and learning to take control in one's life. I use a variety of techniques from educational, insight and supportive therapy; relaxation therapy and hypnotherapy.
