I offer couples counseling for a variety of situations. Through a combination of therapeutic techniques, I will help the patients identify limiting beliefs and outmoded coping mechanisms that may be standing in the their way.

I specialize in relationships, individually and with couples. Very often anxiety, addiction, codependence, and culture clashes are also in the mix. I use Gottman, and Marshall Rosenberg's work for communication & conflict resolution. I will be available all of August
