My approach with depression is utilizing multiple techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy to reframe and restructure negative thought patterns and work together to change unhealthy behaviors as a result of those thought patterns. The goal is to identify and address unhealthy thought patterns in order to change those behaviors to relieve symptoms of depression.

Sometimes depression happens because you have experienced a loss: perhaps a loved one died, or a relationship has ended, or you have lost a job or an opportunity.
