In our talk therapy sessions, your teen can come as they are. There are no judgments or prerequisites for my clients. My approach is person-centered. Your teen will explore who they are, what they want to accomplish, and how they can get themselves there. They will do this work in a supportive and welcoming environment. The goal is self-actualization. Your teen will realize their potential and together we will address the thoughts and behaviors that have been acting as barriers to their success.
