Next we will work on expanding your emotional awareness to help you recognize your emotional triggers and signals. Then we begin working on identifying negative thought patterns that are impacting your feelings and behaviors, and then work on restructuring those thoughts into more positive thinking patterns that will ultimately lead to improved mood.
