Anxiety and stress are part of being human, but are certainly not always easy to cope with. I help people strengthen their abilities to cope with life's challenges, enabling them to better work through present and future obstacles. Anxiety can result from ongoing situations, chemical imbalances, or past hurts. I use mindfulness based approaches, cognitive behavioral approaches, and strengths based approaches to best address each person's hurdles. I also help people reduce the amount of stress or anxiety they have in their lives through a combination of psychotherapy and coaching.
