I completed a Master's degree in Counselling at U of C, and EPPP and oral examinations and subsequently registered as a Psychologist in Alberta. I have experience conducting general assessments, formal assessments - particularly personality assessments, and therapeutic interventions. My primary approach is CBT, with client-centered elements, and I have used techniques from solution-focused, motivational-interviewing and existentialism as appropriate.
