Upon finding the trigger we can trace it back to its origin. Communication skills training to learn how to effectively communicate thoughts, feelings, needs, desires and goals. CBT is incorpoated to teach the interaction between thoughts and behaviors. Goal is C helping the person to understand people do not want to live in fear of them but would rather live in peace with them.
