Experiencing grief can be gut wrenching and very painful. Healing from the painful loss of a loved one can take time and attempting to move forward seem impossible. I have extended training in helping individuals work through what can seem impossible - but eventually become a little easier with each passing day. Counseling won't cancel your pain - but it can help you move through your pain to understand and respond to your loss in a healthier way.

As a person well acquainted with grief and loss, I understand how important it is to feel like you're not alone in it. Grief can be a whirlwind and feel 1,000 different ways. I know that loss takes various forms and make sure that the support you receive is specific to you and not just a "one size fits all" model.
