Psychotherapy, simply stated is "talk therapy". This is where we can explore the genesis of what challenges in life you'd like to explore, perhaps conquer or even a past you might want to understand. I use evidence-based tools to help assist and drive the direction of treatment. I use of collaborative and informational approach to helping people obtain insightful answers of how our past can exist even into adulthood. We can treat everyday challenges to recent traumas with psychotherapy. We can even combine psychotherapy with other therapies to further assist with the healing process.

Psychotherapy is such a wonderful tool to help explore challenges that someone is currently facing, or for resolving deep seeded issues of the past. I provide psychotherapy in several ways, depending on the needs of my clients, by using cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, or an interpersonal approach. Our time together will explore underlying interpersonal issues that are troublesome. We work together to equip you with healthy ways to express emotions and to improve communication, while also challenging negative or distorted beliefs about self or others.
