As a Christian, I believe we are created by God to be body, soul, and spirit. That is why it is so important to me to address counseling from a holistic point of view. Integrating faith into therapy is my favorite way to provide counseling because God is the ultimate counselor! I use Biblical truths to combat lies you may be believing and help you get deeper in your understanding of God's love for you. I also understand that walking out a Christian life can be challenging. I would love to help you wrestle through those difficulties and grow closer to God in the process.

As a Christian myself, I believe the Bible to be an important foundation for truth and understanding of ourselves in the world we live in today. Each of us are faced with different challenges that our lives bring. I incorporate clinical tools and interventions with Christ centered principles to each stage of our work together. I have 9 years of experience providing pastoral counseling.

If you are a Christian, that is exciting to me, as we can now explore God's truth and commandments for living our lives. We know this is a struggle for all of us, that our nature is selfish, but if we are truly living to please our Lord and Savior, then facing our sinfulness, repenting and turning toward God will heal our souls and renew our spirit. We can explore some of these areas, turn to God's Word, not mine, and allow Him to speak to your heart. I also have some materials from Christian authors that help people with their marital relationship, anger issues, anxiety and worry.
