We know this is a struggle for all of us, that our nature is selfish, but if we are truly living to please our Lord and Savior, then facing our sinfulness, repenting and turning toward God will heal our souls and renew our spirit. We can explore some of these areas, turn to God's Word, not mine, and allow Him to speak to your heart. I also have some materials from Christian authors that help people with their marital relationship, anger issues, anxiety and worry.

With Christian counseling you can expect biblical perspectives to be incorporated into treatment to determine how God's word might become more alive in your everyday life.
