We want to understand you each as individuals and the things that bring you together as a couple. We want to understand the agreements you have with one another and how those agreements may not be holding up. Our approach is rooted in the understanding that you are coming to therapy out of your love for one another, and that you want to find the healthiest way forward -- whether that is together or apart.

Couple relationships go through ebbs and flows and it is important to acknowledge that these problematic times are ok. Wading through what may seem like dangerous waters can strengthen a realationship, as long as the couple is provided with the right guide. I am able to provide tools that will help the couple work on their problem areas while strengthening the positives aspects of the realationship.
