I have found that couples have difficulty communicating with each other. They almost always see the problems within their relationship as "theirs" not "mine". Sometimes this is true. But most often the struggles come from both. In my work with couples, we will figure out what is preventing each partner to communicate effectively. To say what they are feeling so the partner can hear and understand. If communication is not the only issue the couple is having, we will explore what is really going on and why for real results.

Couples often come to me with many communication issues that we will work together to help resolve. I offer strategies and techniques that help to bridge and repair relationships. I will work with a couple together and individually depending on the situation and the issues involved. You will learn the several ways of communication based on personality and temperament of your partner.
