My goal is to develop a therapeutic partnership with clients that builds on a strengths-based relationship, helping to restore the connection between the body and mind in order to have a more balanced life, and strength the tools and skills needed to reach and actualize higher potentionals. I provide a variety of helping services and treatment modalities to help clients move forward in life.

Although I am not a specific Career Counselor, I work often with clients (and outside Career Counselors) on establishing things like "who they really are", and "what they really want from life". I've found that those who have Career issues also have issues around their identity and self worth. I help them understand how the "World of Work Map" is used and what it means for them.
