As a former company president/owner of a large enterprise and later, executive coach, now psychologist, I am deeply skilled and experienced in assisting people in business and career. My orientation through all of my business tenure was more focused on the people, rather than product side of the business. This orientation led to psychology. Thus, I am uniquely suited to assisting you in career counseling/coaching.

Especially in the Detroit area, people are often faced with a sudden change of plans when it comes to careers. Whether they've lost jobs due to downsizing, their job as it used to be no longer exists, or they're looking for something more fulfilling by choice, it's helpful to have an objective partner in the process. I use personality profiles along with clients' experience and skills to help them to determine where they might best fit. I also do a lot of coaching when necessary about preparing for interviews and being a valuable employee.

We have several therapists who are Licensed Professional Counselors and trained to work with career issues. We can offer career focused testing as well as counseling. We assist with career development issues as well as interpersonal concerns that may express themselves in a career setting. We also offer personality testing for career appropriateness and placement.
