I have worked with many teenagers and adults around anger management and conflict resolution as well as people who struggle with anxiety, phobias, depression, workplace issues and family conflict, especially around parenting. I will work with you to understand the root cause of your anger and help you manage your anger through coping skills that help you get a grip on your feelings before they get out of control. Sometimes we have just practiced poor ways of handling situation and together, we will work on better ways to handle frustrations that can lead to anger.
