My approach to marriage and family counseling is to focus on communication, conflict resolution and interpersonal dynamics. A large part of my work is with married couples and pre-marriage counseling.

In couples or relationship therapy, I help clients learn skills to understand each other, resolve conflicts, and communicate effectively in order to find the love and strength that first brought them together, and to enhance intimacy, trust, satisfaction and love.
