My PhD and license is in Marriage and Family Therapy. In addition to AAMFT-supervised internship or residency, I have worked mostly with couples for the last 15 years. Don't settle for less when it comes to your relationship.

My approach to marriage and family counseling emphasizes the promotion of love, respect, understanding and deep connection between those involved. Enhancing these qualities in one's relationships improves not only the relationships, but also overall happiness.

Through couples counseling you and your partner can regain a sense of love, connection, and confidence. You will come to listen and understand one another both inside and outside of the therapy office.

In couples or relationship therapy, I help clients learn skills to understand each other, resolve conflicts, and communicate effectively in order to find the love and strength that first brought them together, and to enhance intimacy, trust, satisfaction and love.

Like all psychotherapy, couples therapy is a process, but one in which I work to help both members of a partnership to feel heard while also working for measurable change that couples can notice and know when they are making progress.
