This approach focuses on helping you access and develop resources to connect with and understand the patterns you want to change and the wounds you want to heal. This process helps you create powerful shifts in these patterns so that you gain the changes, solutions, and healing you seek. I specialize in treating stress reactions, including PTSD, especially in emergency responders and combat veterans.
