The first 20 years of my career I worked in human resources and business consulting for large and small companies and I have 10 years of experience doing workplace counseling and executive coaching. My work background before becoming a professional counselor was in the Staffing Industry, where I worked for many years as a Recruiter and helped find job openings for staffing companies as a sales manager as well. I have 25 years of experience in recruiting and sales in the marketplace, and have substantial experience teaching people how to conduct a full-scale job search, interviewing techniques, and how to implement and execute well thought-out and planned career transition strategies. I can prepare excellent resumes, cover letters and teach you keys to landing that plum job you want by enacting strategies and techniques that only a handful of people use.
