Grieving the loss of a loved one is the worst experience one can have. Yet it can also be a time of reflection and regeneration of oneself and one's values. Together, we can help you transition through this loss, with greater appreciation of what you have to look forward to. Rather than continually focusing on the past or worrying about the future, this can be a time to appreciate who you are because of your past relationships, and how you can become even stronger because of what you gained, and how you can live more fully in each moment of your life as a consequence.
