Working with me, families learn better communication skills and new ways of interacting that interrupt negative cycles of behavior that they have fallen into. The goal is for each member of the family to feel heard and valued equally yet acknowledging the multiple unique roles each person plays (mother/wife/lover/employee, son/brother/student).

I am good with working with two people in the family. Mother /Daughter, Daughter/Father, Son/Father, Mother/Father. I help foster better communication between the two of you strengthening your relationship. I help you to create a common vision to work towards and a more harmonious relationship. Most family therapists inadvertently create more chaos through their well-intentioned efforts to assist a family move through a change process. Why?
