I work with couples who are struggling with their relationship or those who want to strengthen what they already have. Some of the things I help couples with are: developing better communication skills, resolving parenting issues, working thru past resentments, coping with addictions, and better understanding their partners needs so they can have a more empathetic loving relationship. Many couples want more from their relationship but are afraid to start therapy. I help couples discover what they need from their relationship and show them how to get it.

Many people secretly believe that their opinion is always "right." I enjoy helping couples stay married when at all possible. Relationships take self-awareness, compromise and a shared vision. To often people rush into marriage without really knowing each other and then discover along the way that they only have 80% of what they want instead of celebrating the 80% they focus on the 20% they don't have.
