Based on what each client needs, I use a combination of talk-therapy and somatic therapies to bring healing and resolution. I work with couples and individual clients to process difficult emotions, change unhealthy patterns, and heal relational disconnection. I use my training in EMDR, sex therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.

To my way of thinking, psychotherapy is all about learning more about yourself. The more you become aware of what you do, how you react, and why, you can become aware that you have more options for thinking, feeling, and responding in addition to the automatic knee-jerk reactions you experience without thinking about it.
