Jacksonville is a rapidly growing metropolitan city located in the northeastern part of the state of Florida. The city is one of the hottest holiday destinations in the entire state. Family Services and Assistance Programs
To address the numerous needs of families in Jacksonville, the Community Based Care Project was created. The project brings various agencies together to provide essential services, including information about adoptions, training and resources for foster parents, in-home programs to strengthen families, and educational programs that seek to help foster care youth transition into adulthood.
