My approach to family therapy is simple and effective. It is what I jokingly refer to as “English to English translation”. I can teach you how to talk to your teen(s) in a way that will be heard and understood. I can show your children the benefits of talking & listening to you. Once we have improved overall communication in the home problems that do come up will be resolved much faster and with noticeably less stress. You can transform your family from a source of frustration to a source of joy. Parenting & raising a family can be tough, but when done well can also be rewarding.
