Our current story has been formed by our back story, which always includes the influence of those who were forming us in the earliest years of our lives. The family system is a powerful force in the life of the individual. Whether you are an individual taking a look at family of origin issues or meeting in therapy as an entire family, we will explore family structures that may be contributing to the problem as well as strength that can be a resource for flourishing.

As Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, we provide a safe and supportive therapeutic environment for helping our clients to take steps toward their goals. Family therapy can be done with one or more people in the session. We can work with you individually to explore and gain insight into your family relationships, and we can also invite family members to join and be part of the process.

As a husband and father of 7 I know firsthand the blessings and challenges of family life. I enjoy working with families to understand the patterns that aren’t working, and illuminate hopeful alternatives. Improved communication, empathy, forgiveness, boundaries, family roles, and trauma are assessed in putting the puzzle together to find healing.
