As Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, we provide a safe and supportive therapeutic environment for helping our clients to take steps toward their goals. Family therapy can be done with one or more people in the session. We can work with you individually to explore and gain insight into your family relationships, and we can also invite family members to join and be part of the process.

Families can be challenging as there are many different personalities all trying to get along with each other, while also trying to get their own needs met. My approach to the healing of the family is to work with each individual in the family system bringing healing from damaged emotions. I also do temperament analysis which enables me to understand and share the unique temperament of each family member. In a healthy family, there are clearly defined roles, rules and boundaries. Participating in family therapy can help families reflect on how they've been negotiating the roles, rules, and boundaries in their family and determine if restructuring is needed for positive change and healing.
