Often times couples will enter counseling due to issues within their relationship which stems as a result of poor communication skills. Counseling can help couples learn effective ways of communicating with each other and teach boundaries within their relationship. Assessments will be given to learn each couples love language and to determine how they like to be shown affection. Couples will benefit from the use of counseling and will see a difference in their relationship by using the different skills learned in session together.

We are passionate about and skilled with helping couples to repair and strengthen their relationship by utilizing techniques from evidence-based practices such as Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy and the Gottman Method.
