I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with years of training and experience helping couples to navigate the most painful and difficult chapter in their relationships. In our sessions, will work together to increase awareness of your needs and dig deep to understand where those needs come from. Through that deeper understanding of yourself and your partner, intimacy and connection feels more natural and safe. As your therapist, I will help you communicate in ways you each can hear and strive to provide a safe, non-judgemental space where couples can share honestly and openly.

Feelings, wants, needs, and a mutual understanding of the couples are explored. Conflicts resolutions are developed to improve relationships. Solution Focus Therapy is utilized to identify the ideal state, the Miracle, then goals are written to achieve the state and progress is noted weekly. Past hurts and misunderstanding are explored during therapy. Role play is also effective in couples gaining understanding.
