It is a treasure hunt of the mind. I love psychotherapy because I find people endlessly interesting. Your unconscious mind drives a lot of your behaviors. With a Master’s degree in counseling, I’m trained to treat a wide variety of common mental health issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, and relationship issues. However, my passion is helping stressed out men to overcome their barriers, bad-habits, and insecurities to experience healing and breakthrough. I do so using my training in counseling, my experience in ministry, and my expertise as a trained addiction coach. You know things seem off track yet can't seem to identify why. Things feel OFF! When we work together, we will gently learn the core of the distress that you are experiencing. As we learn your life history, we may find that some of the distress is rooted in early childhood trauma and attachment wounding.
