There are different forms of psychotherapy. I use an eclectic approach utilizing several forms of therapy based on the needs of the client. I offer both talk therapy and therapy that does not require talking. Talk therapies involve identification of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors sustaining difficulties. I believe therapist and client form a team with the client leading the pace of the session.

In everyday life, we don't always get the chance to express how we are really feeling or share our struggles in an honest way. With a Master’s degree in counseling, I’m trained to treat a wide variety of common mental health issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, and relationship issues. However, my passion is helping stressed out men to overcome their barriers, bad-habits, and insecurities to experience healing and breakthrough. I do so using my training in counseling, my experience in ministry, and my expertise as a trained addiction coach.
