I have over 13 years of experience working with clients from all walks of life, with a variety of issues. A tremendous value-add to having me as your psychotherapist is based on what I term my contextual approach. In short, I see every client as unique. Hence, my therapeutic modalities are tailored specifically to individual client needs. I used all five broad-based categories in my psychotherapy namely: psychodynamic therapies, behavior therapy, cognitive therapy, humanistic therapy and integrative or holistic therapy. We believe rigidity in therapy significantly limits client results and often misses the whole picture. Other benefits include the incorporation of interpersonal and systematic approaches which combat self-defeating patterns and make allowances to firmly establish sound frameworks

I work with an entire person--the mind, emotions, body, spirit, relationships. I offer an alternative approach to traditional psychotherapy because sometimes we are stuck beyond our thoughts. I believe we are often stuck beyond how we think about something, but by how our body holds and remembers the experiences. After all, we feel the anxiety in our chest, shoulders or stomach. When we are depressed, we struggle to move, sleep, concentrate etc. I work to remove the block from wherever it is stuck. My clients come to me after years of ineffective therapy. They are looking for more than talking about their struggles or identifying how they think about them in favor of a change in living.

I have spent many years providing individual psychotherapy. Out of all those years of experience, I have developed a skill set focused on quickly getting to the heart of the issues. I complete a thorough family system assessment looking for root causes of issues and am especially observant for any recurring themes in an individual's life that may be interfering with success. I ask the right questions to get the answers that are within you. Hopefully, you will experience self awareness, revelations, and "ah-hah" moments that will set you free from lifelong issues with low self esteem, fear, and everything holding yo back.
