I do so using my training in counseling, my experience in ministry, and my expertise as a trained addiction coach. The focus of my work is supporting teens and couples in making positive changes toward greater life balance, resilience, and acceptance, while exploring meaning and purpose, in order to live authentically. I have supported teens, adults, and couples facing issues ofgrief, depression, anxiety, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), anger management, caregiver fatigue, codependency, relationship conflict and/or betrayal, and life transitions. I provide meaning-centered therapy for teens and adults using supportive and evidence-based treatments.
